We collect the following types of information:
Your documents are processed entirely within your browser. We do not upload, store, or have access to your PDF files or signed documents. All signature placement and PDF processing happens locally on your device.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. All communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS. Authentication tokens are securely stored and transmitted.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): For signing requests, document owners can enable OTP-based identity verification. Each signer must verify their email with a one-time passcode before accessing the document. OTP codes are rate-limited (max 6 attempts) with a 60-second resend cooldown to prevent abuse.
Audit Trail: Every action on a signing request is recorded in an immutable audit log, including timestamps, IP addresses, user agent information, and SHA-256 cryptographic hashes of each signature. This provides a compliance-grade record for legal and regulatory purposes.
When all signers complete a document, iSigner generates a Certificate of Completion PDF that includes the document name, each signer's name and email, the exact date and time of each signature, the device and browser used, the signer's IP address, and a SHA-256 hash of the signature data. This certificate serves as a tamper-proof record of the signing ceremony and can be downloaded by the document owner.
You may optionally save personal details (full name, phone, company, title, address) in your autofill profile to speed up form filling. This data is stored securely on our servers and is only used to pre-populate form fields at your request. You can update or delete your autofill data at any time from your profile page.

iSigner provides electronic document signing tools. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You retain ownership of all documents and signatures you create using iSigner. Since documents are processed locally in your browser, we do not claim any rights over your content.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
iSigner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
